A multi-site shopping-centre portfolio: each centre’s main distribution, common-area consumption and tenant meters on one panel. On-site analyser data is read together with the distribution company’s meter data; the supply bill is validated line by line, and the reactive ratio and contracted capacity are visible before they reach the limit.
The portfolio view compares centres with each other: which centre spends more on cooling in the same weather, which has the higher out-of-hours load. A monthly market and bill report goes to each centre’s management separately.

Shopping centres

The Turkish portfolio of an international shopping-centre operator. Because the supply contract is indexed to the wholesale market price, the core job is bill validation: hourly consumption, the market price and the contract margin are used to recalculate the bill line by line and compare it with the supplier’s invoice. A deviation opens an alarm record, and the report states which line deviated and by how much.
Reactive and demand tracking continues per centre; the monthly report goes to centre management and the regional lead.

A food production site: main distribution, production lines and the compressor room measured with analysers. The compressed-air module tracks the compressors’ specific energy, efficiency by load band and leakage per line; the shutdown test is started from the panel and the result compared with the previous measurement.
A savings verification programme runs: the period before an action is taken as the baseline, the period after is normalised for production, and the realised saving is reported from measurement. There are no figures on this page; the figures belong to the customer who owns the measurement.

Why are there no savings figures?
The figure belongs to the customer who owns the measurement and is specific to that site; it does not transfer to another. A measured saving is shared with the customer's consent, together with the method and assumptions — not as a marketing line.
