Pricing
The price is made of three parts, none of them hidden. A quotation is prepared after a short call, based on the size of your site and the number of metering points.

Three parts
| Part | Priced on | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Platform subscription | Per site; the number of metering points sets the tier | Monthly or annual |
| Modules | Only the modules you use: compressed air, chiller, generator, ISO 50001, Enver | Added to the subscription |
| Hardware and installation | Analysers, sensors, site gateway and commissioning; by number of points | One-off |
For organisations with several sites the portfolio view is free: sites are compared on one panel at no extra charge.
Weighting
The first year is not like the ones after it
In the first year hardware and installation dominate; after that only the subscription and the modules remain. Under the rental model the hardware is spread across the subscription and the first-year weight falls.
- Hardware is one-off and yours
- The subscription is monthly or annual, discounted annually
- Adding a module needs no new installation
How the Cost Splits

Tiers
The tier is set by the number of metering points, not by the modules chosen. Three typical cases:
- One site, the main meter and a few boards. Consumption, power quality and bill validation; the smallest tier. Commissioned in a day.
- A site with plant rooms. Main distribution plus the compressor house, the chiller plant or the generator; the relevant modules are added. Typically 10 to 40 metering points.
- A multi-site estate. Hundreds of branches or several factories; the portfolio view is free and the per-site subscription is tiered by volume.
The quotation is written against the metering-point list agreed in the call; nothing outside that list appears on an invoice later.
Not included
- Managed energy service. The software measures and reports on your site; running efficiency projects on your behalf is an optional service, quoted separately.
- On-premises installation. If the data must never leave your organisation, the same software runs on an appliance at your site under a different licence model.
- Site wiring. Mounting analysers and sensors is ours; wiring inside switchboards and any work requiring a power outage sits with your electrical team or contractor.
Frequently asked
How long is the contract?
The standard term is 12 months, with a discount for annual payment. Longer contracts carry an indexation clause that is written into the agreement.
Who owns the hardware?
When you pay for the installation, the hardware is yours. A rental model can be folded into the subscription instead; at the end of the term the hardware may stay on site.
Can our existing analysers be used?
Devices that communicate over Modbus RTU or TCP with a known register map connect directly. Where existing devices are used, the installation part shrinks accordingly.
Can we see a demo?
Yes, after a short call: a demo shown before we understand your site and your question wastes your time. Where needed, a non-disclosure agreement is signed before the call.
Let us measure what is happening on your site.
In a one-hour call we look at your existing setup and set out exactly which measurement points are needed and what you would be able to see.
