Our list prices are below; every quotation is written from this list. The only thing settled in a call is the list of metering points, and nothing outside that list ever reaches the invoice.

All prices are annual subscription fees in pounds sterling, exclusive of VAT. Four models: per site for one or a few large sites, a hardware-free start on supplier meter data, per store for chains of at least 100 stores, and a hardware-free store model for the same chains starting on supply meter data. Structure
The price is made of three parts
Platform subscription per site or per store, annual; it sets how many metering points are included. Modules only the ones you use, from the list above. Hardware and installation one-off; analysers, sensors, gateway and commissioning, written into the quotation by number of points.
Hardware is yours. Existing Modbus analysers connect directly and the installation line shrinks accordingly.

Example
Two worked examples
Mid-sized factory. Main distribution plus the compressor room, 40 metering points. Live Panel, Compressed Air, Power Quality, Bill Validation and Alarms; the 15 points above 25 add £675. Annual total £3,500; hardware and commissioning are one-off and quoted separately.
Hundred-store chain. Core module only, £8,500 a year; with remote control and bill analysis £121 per store, £12,100 a year; with every module £205 per store, £20,500 a year. The same chain starting on supply meter data, without devices, pays £4,500 a year with bill validation included; with every hardware-free add-on £98 per store. Portfolio view and map are free.
Both figures come straight from the list; what changes in a call is the list of points, not the price.

Weighting
The first year is not like the ones after it
In the first year hardware and installation dominate; after that only the subscription and the modules remain. Under the rental model the hardware is spread across the subscription and the first-year weight falls.

- Energy management services and efficiency projects. The software measures and reports; delivering projects is an optional service quoted separately.
- On-premises installation. Not a subscription but a separate licence model; described below.
- Site wiring. We fit analysers and sensors; panel wiring and any work that needs a power outage is for your electrical team or contractor.

On-premises
If data must never leave the site
The same software runs on a pre-configured industrial mini server we place on your premises. Field devices write to that server over the local network and the panel opens in browsers on the same network; no port is open to the internet. Remote support only happens through an outbound tunnel that you initiate.
Scope. Main panel, consumption analysis, power quality, device management and settings. Modules that depend on a cloud service — half-hourly supplier data, the daily market price report, Enver, the mobile app and energy performance — are not part of it.
Commercial model. A purchase rather than a subscription: the server is one-off, the software licence is annual and renewed with maintenance. Data collection continues even if the licence lapses; your data is never held hostage. Updates are installed under maintenance in planned windows. Installation on your own server is the exception and needs a minimum environment specification and a separate enterprise server licence.
On-premises installations are quoted after a survey, not from the list.

Frequently asked
How much does the energy monitoring software cost?
The core module is £1,750 per site per year; a hardware-free start on supplier meter data is £850 per site per year; for chains of at least 100 stores it is £85 per store per year, or £45 per store per year on supply meter data without devices, bill validation included. Add-on modules are priced in the list above; hardware is one-off and quoted by the number of metering points.
Are there discounts?
The list price is the ceiling and discounts are conditional: 5+ sites −10%, 10+ sites −15%; 500+ stores −10%, 1,000+ stores −20%. They apply automatically in the quotation once the condition is met.
How long is the contract?
The standard term is 12 months. For longer terms the price is indexed to CPI and the indexation is written into the agreement.
Who owns the hardware?
When you pay for the installation the hardware is yours. A rental model can fold it into the subscription; at the end of the term the hardware can stay on site.
Can we use our existing analysers?
Devices that speak Modbus RTU or TCP with a known register map connect directly. Where existing devices are used, the installation line shrinks accordingly.
What counts as a metering point?
Every meter, analyser or sensor shown separately on the panel is one metering point. The site model includes 25 points and each extra point is £45 a year; the store model includes 10 devices per store and each extra device is £4 a year. Change the number in the configurator to see the total.
Our data must not leave the site. What are the options?
An on-premises edition: the same software runs on an industrial mini server placed at your site, data stays on the local network and no port is open to the internet. Its scope is limited (no cloud-dependent modules) and it is priced as a purchase plus an annual licence rather than a subscription; see the section above.
Are new features charged during the subscription?
No. Every release and new feature during the subscription is switched on at no extra charge; a brand-new module is optional and priced from the list.
What happens if a device fails?
Devices bought from us are covered for the subscription term; a failed device is replaced free of charge. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects; lightning, overvoltage, water and physical damage, and unauthorised intervention are excluded. At commissioning every metering point is verified on site and the test result is handed over in writing.
